The 600mm Graphite Electrode is a large-diameter graphite electrode. It is widely used in large Electric Arc Furnaces (EAF) for steelmaking, special steel, stainless steel, alloy steel production, as well as in some industrial silicon and yellow phosphorus furnaces. According to different power grades, it can be divided into RP (Regular Power), HP (High Power), UHP (Ultra High Power), and SHP graphite electrodes to meet the needs of different furnace types and operating conditions.
As the global steel industry accelerates its transition toward green and low-carbon production, the proportion of EAF steelmaking continues to increase. At the same time, the market demand for large-sized UHP electric arc furnace graphite electrodes is also growing steadily. Among them, graphite electrodes with diameters of 600mm and above are becoming an important choice for large EAF steelmaking because of their higher conductivity and stronger load-bearing capacity.
The 600mm Graphite Electrode provided by AGRM features high current-carrying capacity, stable electrical conductivity, and excellent thermal shock resistance. It can effectively improve steelmaking efficiency, reduce electrode consumption per ton of steel, and help companies further optimize production costs and energy consumption.
