The graphite boxes are made from natural flake graphite, suitable for various temperature applications, and capable of melting or insulation. They are characterized by high-temperature resistance, good thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance, and long service life. Graphite boxes are primarily used for sintering lithium iron phosphate cathode materials, lithium battery anode materials, and sodium battery cathode materials, and can also be used for the smelting of non-ferrous metals such as aluminum and copper alloys. The sidewalls of the graphite boxes have openings to prevent dust dispersion, improve the high-temperature sintering atmosphere, and reduce the difficulty in controlling oxygen concentration in the roller hearth furnace, thus enhancing material performance.

Application
Sintering of Lithium Iron Phosphate
During the production of lithium iron phosphate cathode materials, high-temperature sintering is required to enhance battery performance and stability. Our graphite boxes are used to sinter cathode materials, improving battery performance. The stability of graphite boxes at extreme temperatures, their chemical inertness, and their ability to evenly distribute thermal energy make them a reliable choice for this process.

- Excellent Sintering Performance: Capable of safely sintering lithium iron phosphate at high temperatures, ensuring uniform distribution, densification, and fine particles, thus improving battery performance.
- High-Temperature Stability: They possess high strength and heat resistance and are able to withstand the pressures of high-temperature sintering processes, ensuring the safe and stable production of lithium iron phosphate.
- Safety and Environmental Protection: Free from harmful chemicals, meeting environmental and health needs, and suitable for the sintering of anode materials.
High-Temperature Carbonization of Anode Materials
In the manufacture of lithium-ion batteries, anode materials require high-temperature carbonization and graphitization to enhance conductivity and prevent contamination. Graphite boxes are essential in this process, used for the high-temperature carbonization of anode materials. They exhibit excellent strength, heat resistance, and thermal conductivity, and do not produce contaminants associated with traditional iron or steel containers.
- Excellent Thermal Conductivity: They provide superior thermal conductivity, evenly distributing heat during the high-temperature carbonization and graphitization process, allowing materials to be uniformly carbonized at high temperatures, further improving battery performance.
- High Strength and Heat Resistance: They maintain stability under high-temperature conditions, ensuring the carbonization and graphitization processes of anode materials.

Why Choose Graphite Materials?
As Refractory Materials
Due to their high-temperature resistance, good high-temperature strength, and corrosion resistance, many metallurgical furnace linings can be constructed using carbon blocks, such as the bottom, belly, and furnace shaft of iron smelting furnaces, the linings of ferroalloy and calcium carbide furnaces, and the bottom and sides of aluminum electrolytic cells. Graphite crucibles used for smelting precious and rare metals, such as melting quartz, are also made from graphitized raw materials.
As Corrosion-Resistant Structural Materials
Graphitized electrodes that have been impregnated with organic or inorganic resins exhibit good corrosion resistance, excellent thermal conductivity, and low permeability. This impregnated graphite, known as impermeable graphite, is widely used in the manufacture of various heat exchangers, reaction tanks, condensers, filters, pumps, etc., and is extensively used in industries such as petrochemicals, hydrometallurgy, acid-base production, and synthetic fibers, saving a significant amount of metal materials like stainless steel.
Structural Materials for High-Temperature Metallurgy and Ultra-Pure Material Production
Crucibles for crystal growth used in single crystal silicon production, zone refining containers, supports, fixtures, induction heaters, etc., are all made from high-purity graphite materials. Graphite thermal insulation boards and bases used in vacuum smelting, as well as tubes, rods, plates, and grids for high-temperature resistance furnaces, are also processed from graphite materials.
In Nuclear and Military Industries
Due to its good neutron-slowing properties, graphite is used in atomic reactors as a moderator. Graphite reactors are among the most common types of atomic reactors. The graphite materials used in atomic reactors must have extremely high purity. Some specially treated graphites exhibit good stability at extremely high temperatures and a high strength-to-weight ratio. Therefore, they can be used to manufacture nozzles for solid-fuel rockets and components for space navigation equipment.
Maintenance of Graphite Boxes
- Graphite boxes must be stored in a dry place or on wooden racks to prevent moisture. Handle them carefully, as shaking is strictly prohibited.
- Heat-bake in a drying device or furnace before use, with the temperature raised to 500°C.
- Graphite boxes should be placed below the furnace mouth plane to reduce product wear.
- Based on the shape of the graphite box, the furnace and graphite box should be clamped in the middle to reduce stress damage to the graphite box.
- When cleaning the furnace slag and sticky residue inside the graphite box, gently tap the product to avoid damage.
- Maintain a proper distance between the graphite box and the furnace wall, and place the graphite box in the center of the furnace chamber.
- Use an appropriate amount of combustibles; additives can reduce the lifespan of the graphite box.
- Rotate the graphite box weekly during use to extend its lifespan.
