Graphite crucibles are made primarily from crystalline natural graphite as the main raw material, with plastic refractory clay as the binder, combined with different types of calcined materials to produce the crucibles. Graphite crucibles can withstand chemical corrosion at high temperatures and can handle expansion and contraction under high-pressure and high-temperature conditions, making them ideal containers for molten metals and other high-temperature materials.
—Graphite Crucible Uses

Graphite crucibles are widely used in the casting and smelting of alloys and non-ferrous metals.
- Smelting and casting: Metal smelting (such as copper, aluminum, iron, etc.)
- Industrial production: Ceramics and glass manufacturing.
- Precision casting: Precious metal refining (such as gold and silver)
- Laboratory analysis and research
- Semiconductor industry: Used for melting and refining materials.

—Highlights Of AGRM Graphite Crucibles
Competitive graphite crucible price is our advantage, and reducing costs for customers is our principle.
Thermal stability: Specially designed for the rapid heating and cooling conditions of graphite crucibles to ensure product quality reliability.
Corrosion resistance: A uniformly dense matrix design slows down the rate of crucible erosion.
Impact resistance: The thermal shock resistance of graphite crucibles is extremely high, ensuring safe processing in any procedure.
Acid resistance: The addition of special materials significantly improves the quality of the crucible, performing exceptionally well in acid resistance and greatly extending the lifespan of the graphite crucible.

High thermal conductivity: A high fixed carbon content ensures good thermal conductivity, shortening dissolution time and significantly reducing fuel consumption or other energy costs.
Control of metal contamination: Strict control of material composition ensures no contamination of the metal during dissolution.
Quality stability: High-pressure forming techniques and a quality assurance system more fully ensure stability of quality.
Long service life (6-8 months), simple operation (no brushing treatment required), and advantages such as no iron increase in aluminum liquid or die-cast parts.
—Graphite Crucible Price
The cost of graphite crucibles is subject to various determinants, including the place where they are produced, their technical specifications, production methods, and the policies governing trade. We offer competitive price quotations, taking into consideration the dimensions of the product, the volume of the order, the nature of the raw materials, the intended destination, and shipping expenses.
Our products are available at manufacturing prices. Should you have any needs, we encourage you to reach out to us promptly!
—Instructions for Using Graphite Crucibles
1. Handling
Crucibles must be handled using dedicated tools and should not be rolled directly on the ground. Avoid collisions during handling to prevent damage to the glaze layer, which could affect the crucible’s lifespan.
2. Storage
Crucibles must be stored in a dry, ventilated area, preferably on wooden pallets. Avoid placing graphite crucibles directly on brick, soil, or concrete floors, as moisture can cause the glaze layer to degrade, reducing the melting efficiency and lifespan of the crucible, and in severe cases, even causing the bottom to fall off.
3. Cleaning and Maintenance
- Proper preheating of the crucible can significantly extend its lifespan: Depending on the type of crucible furnace, preheat the crucible without adding any materials for about 30 minutes at around 200℃ and dry it for 60 minutes when first using it. The purpose is to evaporate any absorbed moisture from the surface to prevent explosions during initial use.
- After preheating, quickly heat the crucible to 900℃-1000℃ (for about 2 hours) and maintain the temperature for 20-30 minutes, then raise or lower to the working temperature. This is to quickly pass through the temperature region where the graphite crucible is prone to oxidation.
- After the first preheating, the crucible usually does not need to be preheated again unless it becomes damp again. (The crucible must be preheated again after each shutdown.)
- After use, allow the crucible to cool naturally to room temperature.
- When cleaning residues, use a non-metallic brush or scraper to gently scrape off.
- Regularly check the condition of the crucible, and if there is severe wear or damage, replace it promptly.
